PAUL KATZEFF

CEO

If there is anyone who can make things happen, it’s this man. Paul has a can do attitude and his determination and ability to “see the bigger picture” means he knows where to find an opportunity and how to lock it down.

As the CEO of C&A Friedlander, one of the oldest law firms in Cape Town, Paul’s experience has been rooted in law, but he is an entrepreneur by nature and has a passion for property – he bought his first property whilst completing his articles at the tender age of 25 and has been growing his portfolio ever since.

Paul decided to enter the short term finance industry to provide an efficient finance add-on benefit to attorneys/agents and their clients as he realised that transactions were often held up due to inadequate funding arrangements.

However, after a number of years in the business Paul has realised that Bridge Flow has the potential to do a lot more and is looking forward to expanding into other secured forms of business and property finance.

JANINE VAN BOUILLON

MANAGING DIRECTOR

For the past 20 years Janine has been involved in conveyancing and property law and knows all there is to know about transactions in these spheres – nothing gets past her, trust us!

Janine’s extensive experience means that she is able to assist clients by guiding them through every step of the process with her in depth knowledge regarding all property dealings.

She has been working as Paul’s right hand for many years and together they make a formidable team. Janine also has a knack for finance and handles the administration around every deal – she doesn’t miss a beat!

IZADORA ALBUTT

MARKETING MANAGER

Iza has been involved in the property industry for a number of years now, first researching and selling franchises for a large South African brand and then venturing into bridging some years ago.

As the Marketing Manager for Bridge Flow Iza is always out and about seeing all of our loyal supporters and gaining new ones in the process.

She enjoys liaising with people and firmly believes that “people do business with people”.  Iza is a relationship builder and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist her clients.

Excellent, professional and personalized service is the name of her game.

NICOLA FAURIE

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Nicola is the ultimate people’s person and is happiest when connecting and forming relationships.

As an admitted attorney of the High Court, Nicola comes from a legal background and as a result is able to help clients understand the legalities surrounding deals as well as provide sound general advice.

She is passionate about problem solving and helping others which makes the role of relationship manager perfect for her.
